Fitness-metric-video-overlay-generator v2.0.0 — fully standalone

Fully self-contained now — download, unzip, drag into /Applications, run. No prerequisites.

What changed from v1.0.0: that release needed Homebrew’s [email protected] and ffmpeg installed on the machine it ran on. This one doesn’t need either — the app bundle carries its own relinked copy of Python (every Homebrew-absolute library path rewritten to a relative one, including the stdlib extensions that need OpenSSL/SQLite/xz/zstd) and a static arm64 ffmpeg/ffprobe. Nothing outside the .app is touched at runtime.

Requirements: Apple Silicon Mac only (the vendored binaries are arm64-native).

First launch: still not signed or notarized, so Gatekeeper blocks a plain double-click the first time. Right-click the app → Open → Open on the warning dialog, once.

Renders default to ~/Movies/hr_overlay; logs to ~/Library/Logs/hr_overlay.log.
